Why make your own homemade air freshener?

made with only natural ingredients

Most of the products you find in the air freshener aisle at the store are made with harmful chemicals and have some really worrisome side effects such as respiratory irritation, allergic reactions, hormonal disruption and long term exposure can actually lead to cancer.

Essential oils are a great alternative to the artificial fragrances commonly used in commercial air fresheners because they’re completely natural.

Essential oils are concentrated extracts from flowers, herbs and other plants that contain many health benefits. They can relieve stress, help you to sleep better and even fight off fungal infections.

Easy To Make

All you have to do to make your own room sprays is add the two simple ingredients to a spray bottle, top it off with water and shake. That’s it!

Much Cheaper Than Store-bought room sprays

It costs less than a dollar to make a 4 ounce bottle of air freshener spray!

it leaves your home smelling fresh

Natural homemade air fresheners won’t smell as powerful and the scent won’t linger quite as long as commercial sprays. But in my opinion, it’s a small sacrifice to avoid filling the air with strong chemical smells!
