The BBT (bourbon, bitters and tonic) is essentially an Old-Fashioned lengthened and lifted thanks to a topperof tonic water. Think of it as the Old-Fashioned of summer.

Ingredients
Serving: 1
- 3 ounces bourbon
- 3 ounces Boylan Heritage Tonic
- 3 dashes aromatic bitters
Garnish: lemon peel
Directions
- Add bourbon and tonic to a rocks glass over a large rock of ice.
- Top with aromatic bitters and garnish with a lemon peel.
