K-pop BTS members are well known for their amazing vocals, stellar dance moves and eye-catching fashion. In recent years, the group has also caught their fans' attention because of their tattoos and can't stop gushing over them. The tattoos of BTS members are just not for fashion purposes but also have a deep and hidden meaning behind them. Take a look at the different tattoos of the BTS members and what they symbolise.
1. The Famous '7'

All BTS members have a tattoo of '7' inked on their bodies, which symbolises their friendship as they have seven members in the group. For the unversed, Suga came up with the idea of the '7' tattoo and all the BTS members flaunted it during their annual Festa dinner party video. RM got '7' inked near his ankle, J-Hope got his tattoo on one of his calf legs, Jungkook got it behind his ear, Jimin got it on his finger and Jin on the back of the waist.
2. Jungkook

Jungkook has shown his love for tattoos several times and got several of them on his arm. He has 'ARMY', crown, J and a purple heart inked on his hand. He also has the tattoo of '6/13', which symbolises BTS' debut date. Jungkook has several quotes tattooed on his arm including 'please love me', 'rather be dead than cool‘ and ‘make hay while the sun shines’. He also has a microphone with a chain, a big tiger lily, a cloud, a lightning tattoo, a bulletproof design and a snake, among others tattooed on his arm. On his elbow, he inked the Chinese word Hwayangyeonhwa, which means The Most Beautiful Moment in Life.

Like Jungkook, Jimin is also a big fan of tattoos and has got several of them in recent years. He has 'Nevermind' inked in capital letters on his right side along with '13' written on his wrist. '13' symbolises the debut year of BTS or his birthday, October 13. Jimin also has a series of moon tattoos on his back. He has the words 'youth' and 'forever' inked near his elbows.
4. J-Hope
It does not seem like J-Hope is fond of tattoos as he only has '7' inked on one of his calf legs.

Jin also has just one tattoo '7', which symbolises the friendship of BTS. He got inked on the curve of his waist.

BTS' leader RM also has the '7' tattoo on one of his ankles. In one of his live sessions, RM talked about the experience of getting his tattoo and said, "It took 2 hours to stamp on the body to check the font and positions, but it took me only two damn minutes to have an actual tattoo on my body. It was only two lines. one line “oh ouch” 2nd line “oh ouch” and done.”
7. Suga
Suga also has one friendship tattoo of '7' but he has not revealed it to the BTS ARMY like other members.
8. BTS V
