Kachina Talent Priority
Kachina can be a fairly simple character to understand in Genshin Impact since most of her damage comes from her Elemental Skill, whether it stays on the field by itself or with Kachina riding it. This makes the ability the first priority when it comes to upgrading her talents, and you can completely focus on it.
Once the skill is done, you can upgrade Kachina's Burst to get some extra damage and ignore her Normal Attack. In an ideal situation, you'll never use these attacks, so upgrading them is a bit useless.
