What day is Six Flags the least crowded? ›

Thursday and Wednesday are often the best days to go for shorter lines, while Saturday and Sunday tend to be the busiest. The most popular months are typically October, August and September, while December, November and April are normally quieter.

Go on a weekday if you can, weekends are terribly crowded. If u can get in as soon as it opens go right to X2 and Tatsu (the longest rollercoaster lines) or head to the back of the park first. Of course a season pass is a great value but the food quality needs a lot of work.

Plan to visit when attendance is lightest. Best bets: weekdays during the summer and any regular operating day during the months of May and September.

To avoid longer waits, visit your favorite rides when the park first opens, or after 5pm when fewer guests are in the park.

Sundays and Fridays are least crowded, while Saturdays attract bigger crowds and longer lines. WinterFest tends to be less crowded earlier in the season. Saturdays are generally more crowded.
