ini. Again, it's found in your /Data/OBSE/Plugins folder. Ini files for individual shaders and effects are found in the Shaders/OblivionReloaded/ folder. The Ambient Occlusion ini is found in /Shaders/OblivionReloaded/AmbientOcclusion/, etc.

Unfortunately, Oblivion (and Morrowind... and Fallout in general) is one of those games where if you don't level in a very specific way, this will happen to you. Not only that, but since enemies scale to your level, you can get overpowered quickly if you don't level in at least a decent way on higher difficulties.

Be sure to sleep and level up as soon as possible before your main skills increase more, you'll regret it otherwise. Skills take longer to level up as they increase, therefore by not sleeping you could end up taking forever to level up again.

Yes it is but at a cost. ENB's can eat some FPS depending on your rig. With my RTX 2070/i7-8700 running ENB cost me about 10 FPS give or take also depending on my mod list. With my RTX 3090/19-12900 I experience zero fps loss with similar if not larger mod lists.
