Ran to Publix (134 Southwest 13th St) today in a mad dash to beat the rain, I grabbed few things including a box of "just baked" small croissants. The baker was just putting the price label on them. Made it home, gave my cranky toddler a snack, unpacked the groceries and then, the horror!, I looked closer to the box of croissants and saw a little black worm. I found a few more in there, all looked dead, stuck to the bread. Disgusting! Ive had it with Publix!! Last week the same box of croissants was stale, hard as a rock right out of the package! Also, the container seal of a spinach/artichoke dip that I bought there was broken. It seemed it had been open. I gave it a sniff, to see if I could just overlook that and eat it, but the dip smelled sour. Whatever you do dont shop at the little Publix on Brickell (134 Southwest 13th St). I went back to talk to the manager, as soon as I found the worms. The manager and his assistant were quick at telling me that those were probably seeds from another bread. I was livid. Seeds? With heads and tails?!? Im a BIOLOGIST!!! Those are bugs. He proceeded to pick the creatures out of the bread while saying Im sorry. Then I told them about last weeks stale croissants and the opened and sour container of dip. They said sorry, ushered me out of their office and gave me $10. Thats it. That doesnt even cover the cost of the 3 items... Who knows if they are going to do anything.... Its so maddening!

Me encantan los Publix, tienen excelente calidad de carnes de res, de aves y sus vegetales, siempre están frescos y tienen mucha calidad. Tienen mucha variedad de productos, me encantan sus ofertas Bo-go.

Es un mercado muy limpio muy organizado se encuentra todo lo que buscas sin problemas. Si tienes alguna duda los trabajadores té ayudan. Por eso comprar en poblix es un placer.

All the people who complain about parking are probably complaining because everyone here desperately attempts to park as close to the door as possible. There is plenty of parking if you walk a little! Prices are a little higher but hey it is Brickell! Avoid Mondays unless you are there to people watch, everyone goes there Monday nights. Wednesday is the best time to go.

This is not my favorite Publix but they did recently renovate the parking area and some of the interior. I feel like their stock isnt as diverse as some of the other Publix locations but their subs are still on point and they recently added a liquor store and pharmacy. Its in a good location so I always end up going back.

My favor Publix!. All staff always very attentive. I requested an special delivery once, and all managers were doing their best to fulfill my expectations and get my order on time. Yira the manager is a very nice person. I feel very confortable going there every time for my grocery shops.

I love it is one of my favorite places to shop If you had ever lived in a cosmopolitan city people wouldnt know what they are criticising it isnt the best less crowded or hard to get to I ve seen worse. This location is nice from my point of view it is near Brickell Ave and 8th st.

Relatively small supermarket but has most commonly needed products. Super friendly, helpful staff - helped me replace one of the items I bought that was damaged for a new one with no questions asked even though they were busy at the time. Great costumer service.

Just not sure why theres always employees around the fruit, vegetable isles yet I am able to spot spoiled fruits or veggies from the bunch and pointed it out more than once to publix employees, parking is a little hectic but is still doable.

Worst experience EVERY SINGLE time I go. The deli is never stocked. The entire store has the most limited selection and they clearly cant staff for the volume they do.I would rather walk an extra block and go to a decent store

The place is cramped, the parking lot is a sick nightmare, and the lines are long. However, the customers are hot! Ive never seen so many large chested hard bodies walking around in one place. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm.................

Always out of stock with everything , super crowded and small , avoid going 5-6pm or park towards the back. More stocked portion size almond milks and protein bars would be a great idea and more frozen fruits ! Thanks !!

Coffe/breakfast shop is terrible. As slow as it could get. Plus it really dosent feel like PUBLIX service in here.There was a roach walking in the counter today. Im not coming back here. Extremely disappointed.

Been going here for years. Much smaller Publix with lines that move. Entrance and exit via car are difficult given one way turns. Parking is often difficult at high traffic times.

can be overcrowded at peak times and shelf stockers should probably try to not be out in the aisles during this time. otherwise a quality grocery store and deli as usual for Publix

Publix gives the customer a unique experience from entrance to exit. Prices may be higher than your conventional grocery but shopping here is definitely a pleasure.
